• ICU has been updated from 4.0 to 4.2. No need to use and distribute VCRedist2005.
• Music synchronizes after each break in the game (device lost, change of active window, etc.).
• Fixed DirectInput initialization. In case that game can't take exclusive ownership of the mouse application closes.
• Game window position is now remembered.
• Added Joystick support.
